 About CBD

CBD (Cannabidiol) is one of the two best known and most important cannabinoids in terms of effects. It is found in Cannabis sp.. Unlike THC, CBD has no psychotropic effects and there is a number of reputable studies on the effects of CBD on the human body.

CBD is attributed to a significant anti-inflammatory effect, helping to treat chronic pain, anxiety, insomnia and depression.

Studies have also found positive effects of CBD in the treatment of Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease, where it can improve the quality of life of patients.

CBD may also help to prevent the onset of type II diabetes as well as minimize the side effects of chemotherapy for oncological patient.

In some pre-clinical studies with mice the tumor suppression was even demonstrated.
